Customer Support Representative $450-650

The department provides web hosting technical support for English-speaking customers via calls, and ticketing systems.

 

Woking Schedule: Mon-Fr 15:30 - 00:00 Kyiv time

 

Requirements:

β€’ Basic knowledge of hosting and e-mail services;

β€’ Good interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills;

β€’ Written and spoken English B2 and upper

 

Responsibilities:

β€’ provide excellent support to customers via phone calls;

β€’ create and process support tickets;

β€’ Investigate, resolve and conduct in-depth troubleshooting of hardware, software, VoIP phone-based applications and other issues using available resources over the phone and email;

β€’ ability to work independently via ServiceNow ticket queue or on the phone with customers in resolving end-user telephony-related issues;

β€’ ability to interact with internal employees and collaborate with onshore Telephony peers.
