Essential Expertise:

- Over 5 years of experience in IT recruiting

- Possess expert knowledge in recruitment tactics and strategies

- Skilled in building comprehensive hiring processes, including job description creation, automation implementation, and result measurement

- Fluent in English at an intermediate or higher level

- Demonstrated proficiency in communication and analytical skills

- Leadership skills would be a plus

- English - Upper Intermediate

Key Contributions:

- Specialize in managing the full recruitment cycle, with a particular focus on challenging roles and C-Level positions

Keep abreast of the latest trends, utilizing innovative talent sourcing - techniques, and leveraging cutting-edge recruitment tools

- Manage the ATS system (Recruitee) to streamline recruitment processes and enhance efficiency
