Role Overview

 

The role encompasses a variety of day-to-day marketing responsibilities, including market research, social media management, optimizing sales funnels, and enhancing sales support tools. We are looking for a highly creative, decisive, and self-organized individual with a solid skill set to drive our marketing efforts forward.

 

Your Tasks

 

-Develop tailored marketing strategies to target and engage the B2B segment effectively.

-Translate marketing strategies into actionable tactics to drive business growth.

-Conduct comprehensive research to understand market dynamics, competitors and target audiences.

-Collaborate with designers to develop compelling solutions and leverage testimonials and testimonial platforms to enhance brand reputation and engage customers.

-Craft compelling marketing materials that resonate with our audience across various channels.

-Streamline marketing operations by organizing meetings, managing tasks, and ensuring seamless workflow.

-Track and analyze marketing metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and refine strategies.

-Work closely with project partners to plan and execute events, PR initiatives, and communication strategies.

-Oversee digital ad campaigns, optimizing performance and maximizing ROI.

-Coordinate participation in industry events and webinars to showcase our brand and expertise.

-Provide the sales team with compelling marketing collateral and presentations to drive conversions.

-Stay updated on cryptocurrency and fintech trends, fostering relationships and enhancing brand credibility.

 

Requirements

 

-Proficiency in email, SEO, SEM, PR, PPC, and SMM, demonstrating strategic expertise in leveraging these tools to achieve business goals.

-Successful track record in organizing exhibitions and conferences, highlighting the ability to execute impactful events.

-Strength in forming strategic partnerships and identifying profitable opportunities across B2B and B2C sectors.

-Proactive mindset and customer-centric approach ensure consistent delivery of results in fast-paced environments.

-Hands-on experience with various marketing tools including email senders (e.g., Mailchimp, GetResponse, Brevo), Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Console, Awario, Brand24, and Hootsuite.
