Lead Generation Manager

About Company:

We are an outsourcing company with a development office located in Kyiv. Ephyros provides clients with technical support.

Usually, we work with e-commerce projects (Shopify, BigCommerce), MVP projects, and start-ups.

 

We are looking for a Lead generation manager on a part-time basis with any experience in sales or lead generation (salary will depend on the level)

 

Requirements:

- 1 year of experience in lead generation, sales, or support, preferably in the IT or similar industry.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to negotiate effectively.

- Strong organizational skills and a high level of responsibility.

- Proficiency in written English for business communication.

- Experience with tools such as Hubspot, Expandi, LH2, Snov.io, Zappier, and GigRadar is a plus.

 

Responsibilities:

- Identify and attract new clients using various communication channels, such as LinkedIn and Upwork automation tools.

- Develop and execute lead generation strategies based on predefined Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).

- Collaborate with the Business development manager to achieve common goals.

- Analyze results and provide recommendations to improve lead generation efficiency.

- Day-to-day tasks include expanding the client list using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, managing the Upwork automation tool (occasionally bidding manually), and participating in sales team brainstorms.

 

Nice to Have:

- Ability to multitask effectively.

- Experience in generating high-quality leads.

- Familiarity with LinkedIn and LinkedIn automation tools.

- Experience with cold email marketing campaigns.

- Previous experience with Upwork agency work.

- Ability to develop Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP), promotional materials, and content writing.
