Head of Payments

REQUIREMENTS

— 5+ years background in payments/processing/billing with experience in the Head/Lead position;

— Experience with card payment processing and alternative payment methods;

— Proven working experience/managing with results in business development, operation monitoring, compliance, and integration;

— Involvement in the process of development of a payment product;

— Operating the main billing KPIs and understanding their impact on business;

— Experience in searching, connecting payment methods, and working with providers of billing services;

— Experience in optimizing billing costs;

— Data-driven decision making;

— Proven experience working collaboratively across cross-functional teams;

— Excellent organizational, multitasking, interpersonal, and communication skills.

— Manage accounting and financial functions and departments;

— Prepare and Analyze financial reports;

— Control costs and work with managers to reduce costs;

— Prepare department budgets.
