Currently, we’re in the process of extending our international presence and we are in need of a person who will be in charge of operational matters and relocation. You will be assisting our people in moving to a new office location, helping to arrange their accommodation, taking part in onboarding and allowance for the newcomers, and participating in related tasks.

 

Requirements:

 

- Location in Warsaw

- 8+ years of experience in managerial or operational role (experience in a travel agency or real estate agency will be a plus)

- Experience participating in opening a new office location or experience as a Relocation Manager

- Driven by versatile tasks

- Independence and ability to work without major guidance

- Fluency in Polish and English languages

- Driving license (being an experienced driver)

 

Responsibilities:

 

- Employee relocation management, including visa and relocation paperwork assistance

- Accommodation management (assistance in renting apartments, schools, kindergartens, hospitals, etc)

- Office on-boarding for the newcomers

- Administrative, legal, and supportive paperwork management

- Problem-solving and office atmosphere maintenance

- Coordination with management around the World
