Onboarding Specialist

Pharmbills is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Onboarding Specialist to join our Client’s growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and maintaining open communication with vendors and administrators regarding invoice statuses. You will also be responsible for preparing weekly and daily reports for the manager.

- Proficiency in computer and office programs at a confident user level.

What will you do:

- Build an onboarding process tailored individually for every client.

- Create employee training materials and evaluations based on the working knowledge received from the сlient.

- Implement new, and adjust existing workplace policies and procedures to satisfy the needs of the client.

- Collect and analyze work-related data to optimize work processes.

- Communicate with the client to collect feedback on the employees.
