Job Description:

The Sales Operations Analyst will be an integral part of the sales team, focusing on optimizing sales processes and improving productivity through effective data management and analytical insights. This role requires a unique blend of analytical prowess, technical expertise, and sales acumen to support decision-making and strategic planning.

 

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to track key performance indicators and sales trends.

- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement within the sales pipeline.

- Create and manage dashboards and visualizations to provide actionable insights to the sales team and senior management.

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead qualification processes, enhance data collection, and optimize lead scoring models.

- Monitor the effectiveness of sales and marketing campaigns, providing detailed analysis on performance and ROI.

- Support the implementation of new sales tools and technologies, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies and tactics.

- Assist in budgeting and forecasting sales targets, participating in strategic planning sessions.

- Provide training and support to the sales team on new tools, reports, and sales strategies.

- Manage ad-hoc analytical projects as required by the sales team or management.

 

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.

- Proven experience in sales analysis, business analytics, or a similar role in a sales environment.

- Strong proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and MS Office Suite.

- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with a keen attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across teams.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
