Recruiter (EU Market)

Requirements

β€” At least 2 years of experience in IT recruitment;

β€” Upper-Intermediate level of English;

β€” Practical experience of stuffing in the European market;

β€” At least a basic understanding of the gambling field;

β€” Skills in working with ATS/HRM, Jira, Google Sheets and G-Suite;

β€” Multitasking, self-organizational and teamplayer abilities.

 

Responsibilities

β€” Full-cycle recruitment of tech, art and managers positions;

β€” Search for employees of different levels in different countries;

β€” Use Jira and Google Tablets to update the recruitment tracking;

β€” Conduct HR interview, tech interview and offer calls;

β€” Research and assess the current job market trends in relevant industries;

β€” Cooperate with HR teammates and team leaders;

β€” Assist in the onboarding of new hires.

 

Would be a plus

β€” Deep understanding of gambling market;

β€” Experience in Workable ATS;

β€” Experience with X-Ray and Boolean search;

β€” Nice sense of humor.
