VIP Manager (IGaming) $800-1000

Main duties:

 

- Developing long-term relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction.

- Returning old VIP players to the game and increasing their activity.

- Analysis of potential VIP players in online casinos and their transformation into regular customers.

- Positive feedback from customers regarding the company's service and attitude.

- Mastering the "back office" (admin), mastering the bonus system of the department, providing quality feedback from customers, the ability to work with negativity and keep players on the product

- Constant monitoring of the customer base, maintaining communication with them, responding to incoming player requests, initial work to maintain players' interest in the product - creating personal offers. keeping players on the product, working with negativity, monitoring the financial indicators of the dedicated player base, working on increasing the profit from players

 

Requirements for candidates:

 

- At least 1 year in the field of online gambling (preferably in Western markets),

- Experience with SoftSwiss will be a big plus

- English B2+, Tech Savvy person

- Empathy, openness and sociability, the ability to convince, stress resistance, the ability to work in the early and late hours (not at night).

- Negotiation skills and the ability to establish long-term relationships with clients.

- Flexibility and adaptability in working with different types of clients.

- It is not important, but a higher education with marketing specialties will be a plus
