Job Description:

 

As our HR/Recruiter Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping our team and culture. Your focus will be primarily on recruiting and HR duties.

 

Responsibilities:

 

- Lead the full cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top tech talents.

- Manage administrative tasks including contracts, HRMS, ATS.

- Manage employee lifecycle with an initial focus on pre-onboarding, onboarding, probation period.

- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent.

- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job specifications.

- Conduct initial HR screening calls and coordinate technical interviews.

Implement and manage onboarding procedures for new hires.

 

Requirements:

 

- Proven experience as an HR, People Operations manager, recruiter, or similar role.

- Familiarity with full cycle recruitment.

- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

- Up-to-date with the latest HR trends and AI tools.
