The Role overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to support and enhance our Company growth to build and execute hiring strategies. The primary objective is to identify and attract top-tier professionals who will contribute to the growth and success of our company.

What you will do:

- Manage the full cycle of recruitment, from accepting a search application to hiring a candidate;

- Being a leader in the recruitment process and establishing processes and standards (evaluation stages, communication standards with candidates, etc. );

- Actively search and select talented candidates worldwide, from linear positions to C-level;

- Effectively achieve recruiting results by approaching the talent market with innovative job advertisements and sourcing strategies;

- Screen, evaluate and interview candidates to assess their background, qualifications, competencies, cultural fit, and alignment with Company values;

- Track recruitment metrics and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, making data-driven adjustments as needed;

- Design and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and industry events;

- Closely work with the Talent Sourcer and Hiring Managers during the full recruitment cycle and ensure effective collaboration;

Maintain accurate records and documentation of hiring processes.

To achieve the results, you’ll need:

- At least 3 years of proven experience in a full cycle of recruitment in a fast-paced environment with a focus on sales and technical roles worldwide;

- Proficiency in the usage of applicant tracking systems and other recruitment-related software;

- Fluency in written and spoken English (C1 level or higher);

- Familiarity with the methods of evaluating candidates and their competencies (competencies-based interview, values-based interview, etc.);

- Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills for building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates;

- Excellent organizational and time management skills;

- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively;

- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
