Junior Risk and Support Manager

About the company

Requirements:

 

- Higher mathematical/technical education;

- Experience working with the risks/tech/support team is a plus;

- Preferably understanding how product and support teams work;

- Analytical mindset, love for numbers, and setting up different configurations;

- Attention to detail is a must, as responsibility, result orientation and

the ability to work in a team;

- English Intermediate and above;

- Knowledge of Excel at the level of simple formulas and summary tables.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Risks:

Monitoring of client activity;

Monitoring the effectiveness of risk logic;

Interaction with other departments on revealed risk cases;

Preparation of reports on revealed risk cases.

L2 support:

Checking issues related to the operation of the game product;

Providing consultations for product partners (B2B);

Passing on requests from partners to the technical team.

 

 

Work schedule:

 

- variable work schedule in 24/7 mode (from 9 to 9, 4 people, in the schedule 3/3 (can be changed) Includes night shifts).

 

 

Hiring process:

 

- 1st interview - Recruiter;

- 2nd Technical interview - Head of Antifraud &Support
