Head of Sales (offline)

We are now looking for an experienced Head of Sales to lead our sales department and help us expand our market presence.

 

As the Head of Sales, you will play a crucial role in developing strategic sales plans that expand our customer base and ensure our strong market presence in the IT sector. Your leadership will directly influence our company's success, steering our sales team towards meeting and exceeding their sales targets.

 

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

- Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

- Work closely with the product development team to ensure aligned business objectives.

- Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.

- Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.

- Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members.

 

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field; Master’s degree preferred.

- Proven experience as a Head of Sales, Sales Director, or similar leadership role in sales, specifically within the IT sector and familiarity with Magento, Java, and JavaScript stack.

- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.

- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

- Strong business sense and IT industry expertise.

- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
