Lead .NET Developer (AWS) (offline)

You will play a key role in our engineering team by leading the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality backend systems and applications. Your expertise in .NET and Cloud Native development, coupled with a solid understanding of backend architectures, will drive the creation of scalable, efficient, and secure software solutions. You will mentor other developers, contribute to architectural decisions, and ensure the delivery of robust applications that meet our business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

– Lead the development of backend systems using .NET (with focus on Cloud Native development), ensuring code quality, performance, and scalability.

– Collaborate within cross-functional engineering team and with other teams to design and develop high-quality web applications.

– Drive engineering excellence by adopting and following engineering best practices in your team

– Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.

– Contribute to the architecture and implementation of scalable and efficient solutions.

– Mentor junior and middle developers, guiding them through code reviews, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements:

– 5+ years of .NET development

– Proficiency in .NET 6+

– Experience of AWS Cloud Native development with focus on Serverless; familiarity with AWS services (i.e. Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, and EC2)

– Track record of implementing microservices based back-ends

– Strong knowledge of Entity Framework / EF Core / Dapper

– Deep understanding of DDD, Event Sourcing, CQRS

– Understanding of relational and non-relational databases

– Experience with xUnit or similar with testing frameworks

– Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)

– Understanding of Infrastructure as Code principle (experience with CDK will be a plus)

– Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment

– Intermediate/B1 English Level, ability to read & write tech documentation

– Excellent communication & collaboration skills

Nice-to-have Skills & Experience:

– Experience with DynamoDB and PostgreSQL

– Experience building Gitlab CI/CD pipelines

– Successful mentoring experience
