Our team consists of strong development and project management specialists. More than 10 years of experience. Clients include: Government organizations, International organizations, Startups and Foreign companies.

 

We are looking for a pre-sales manager with potential foreign clients to join our team.

 

Tasks and Responsibilities

β€’ Submitting applications/proposals on platforms like Upwork and LinkedIn on behalf of the company;

β€’ Retaining clients in chat and transferring them to the sales manager;

β€’ Conducting competitive analysis on Upwork;

β€’ Conversion analysis and optimization, hypothesis testing;

β€’ Maintaining and generating reports on the results of their activities;

β€’ Study and analyze the market to find new target audiences and groups;

β€’ Building competent communication with clients;

β€’ Ability to properly present the company and yourself;

β€’ Willingness to learn;

β€’ Focus on personal results;

β€’ Experience in IT sales is required;

β€’ An understanding of the basic concepts of web and mobile development and the technologies used will be a plus;

β€’ Knowledge of English is not lower than level B1-B2;

β€’ Ability to independently write good text in Cover Letter. Track and process responses from potential clients. Write sales and business emails;

β€’ It will be a plus to have an Upwork account with sales;

β€’ Probation period 3 months;

β€’ Salary based on interview results +% of sales;

β€’ Minimum projected earnings from $700, the maximum depends on you;
