Position: Mid-Level Python- Backend

We are seeking a talented Mid-Level Python- Backend to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of our cutting-edge software solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in Python and AWS, along with a passion for leadership, problem-solving, and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate high-level business and technical requirements into technical specifications.

Conduct code and peer reviews, providing constructive feedback to team members.

Lead and mentor engineering, development, and DevOps teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Drive agile delivery practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment, to ensure rapid development of high-quality software.

Utilize AWS services, such as S3, Kinesis, DynamoDB, and ECS/Fargate, to architect scalable and reliable solutions.

Implement REST APIs, API Gateway, and microservices architecture, with a strong focus on data modeling and schema design.

Work with SQL/NoSQL databases and ETL/ELT data processing techniques to manage complex data structures effectively.

Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation and maintain competitiveness.

Key Requirements:

Solid hands-on experience in Python and AWS services.

Familiarity with Jira/Confluence and agile methodologies (e.g., Kanban, Scrum).

Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and data warehousing principles.

Strong understanding of data types, modeling, and schemas.

Knowledge of application architecture approaches, including microservices and RESTful web services.

Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and support engineering teams.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

A positive attitude, collaborative mindset, and a passion for delivering real business value.

Nice to Have:

Experience with SAAS platforms like Qualtrics.

Familiarity with Snowflake or other data warehousing technologies.

Understanding of data and information security concepts.

Previous experience with event-driven architecture and N-Tier applications.
