Sales Manager (offline)
Responsibilities
β create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and extends global reach
β meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs
β track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships
β oversee the sales team to ensure company quotas and standards are met by holding daily check-ins with the team to set objectives for the day and monitor progress regularly
β manage month-end and year-end close processes
Requirements
β 3β5 years of experience in sales
β proven track record of success in the sales cycle from plan to close
β deep understanding of CRM systems and best practices
β experience setting sales goals
β results-oriented with strong analytical skills
β strong oral and written communication skills
β English B2-C1
