🎯Requirements:

◦ At least 3 years of UX/UI design experience focused on mobile applications, specifically within the iOS environment.
◦ Proficiency in iOS design principles, including adherence to Human Interface Guidelines.
◦ At least 1 year working in igaming sphere.
◦ Professional familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD; knowledge of multiple tools is preferred.
◦ Experience working with raster and vector graphics, with a bonus for animation skills.
◦ Awareness of current trends in UX/UI design.

🔗 Responsibilities:

◦ Designing UX/UI for a diverse range of mobile iOS applications, spanning from utility apps to multi-page products incorporating gamification elements (knowledge of gamification methods is advantageous but not required).
◦ Crafting high-quality design layouts that resonate with modern, discerning users.
◦ Ability to not only execute a polished design layout but also translate the application's concept into a visual representation.
◦ Conducting thorough redesigns of applications (both UX and UI) without altering the application's functionality significantly.
◦ Ensuring compliance with copyright regulations and utilizing graphic materials judiciously to avoid direct borrowing; proficiency in Illustrator for modifying graphic content is appreciated.
◦ Working with minimal product documentation and visualizing product or business documentation components as needed (e.g., translating product manager's Customer Journey Maps into visual representations).
◦ Collaborating closely with multiple product teams and Chief Product Officers (CPOs).
◦ Creating adaptable design systems that accommodate various operating system versions and mobile device variations while maintaining brand consistency.
◦ Managing multiple projects concurrently, upholding high quality standards, and meeting project deadlines consistently.
◦ Sustaining a cohesive design system to ensure coherence across different products.

💡 Duties:

◦ Developing design layouts for new applications.
◦ Fine-tuning designs to achieve product and business objectives.
◦ Generating design elements or incremental updates for A/B testing purposes.
◦ Conceptualizing and creating Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) to validate product and business hypotheses.
