Customer Support Manager $600-800
Who we are looking for:
Our WordPress development company is looking to hire a Customer Support Specialist for a full-time job. You will provide technical support to Estatik’s customers.
You’d become a perfect fit if you have:
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process
Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
B2 — C1 level of English (writing and speaking skills)
Possess strong communicative and analytical skills
Able to quickly learn the software and applications
Would be a plus:
Thorough understanding of WordPress CMS (training will be provided)
Experienced in Jira
Flexibility in work hours to accommodate the US market
Understanding of FTP, cPanel, File Manager.
Prior experience in Customer Support service
Your responsibilities might include:
Correspondence with customers via email and company’s support area (tickets system)
Answering customers via online chats and social media channels
Prioritize daily tickets and manage critical escalations
Informing status or tickets resolution to clients
Collaboration with company developers (figuring out issues, fixing bugs, etc.)
Collaboration with company designer (working on marketing campaigns, newsletters, etc.)
Submitting, filing, and testing bug reports
