Junior IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized person to join our company as an IT Support Specialist. You'll help manage our office activities and system administration.

Responsibilities:

- Work with equipment, and repair it if needed
- Providing technical support for colleagues
- Help with network-related issues
- Implement automation tools to streamline tasks and improve efficiency in system administration processes
- Work with security issues
- Staying updated with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in system administration
- Analyze office needs and blockers and help to solve them
- Create comfort in our office

Qualifications:

- B2 English is a must
- Technical education will be a huge plus
- Experience as Project manager, HR, Office Manager, and Sysadmin will be a huge plus
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
