Middle IT recruiter (Business vacancies)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and extending offers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all candidates.
Utilize various sourcing methods to build a diverse pipeline of candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and technical requirements, providing insights and guidance on market trends.
Assist hiring managers in formulating requirements for vacancies and creating their descriptions, thereby enhancing the recruitment process.
Be an initiator of ideas that improve the efficiency of recruitment processes.
Engage in the analysis of recruitment outcomes, metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment strategies.
Participate in employer branding initiatives to establish Concryt as an employer of choice among IT professionals.
Maintain an extensive network of IT professionals to support passive recruitment and headhunting initiatives.


REQUIREMENTS:
2+ years of experience in IT recruitment, with a proven track record of filling mid to senior-level technical roles.
Understanding of full-cycle recruitment.
Experience in direct search and headhunting.
Familiarity with the fintech sector is highly advantageous.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (upper-intermediate level or higher).
Independent and goal-oriented mindset, with a strong desire to drive results and contribute to the team’s success.
Passion for personal growth and development, with a commitment to staying informed on recruitment trends and technologies.
