Junior Product manager (Amazon) $1000-1500

We are A2K Project Group - a young, ambitious international ecommerce company specializing in selling products on Amazon USA and UK. Our mission is to create and sell 6-star brands filled with products that not only satisfy, but inspire consumers, causing them to rate these products 6 out of 5 stars.

Our team:
Manager, assistant, researcher, development, employee involved in sourcing (primary search for factories in China).
At the initial stage, interaction is only with the manager.

Your role:
As a Product Development Manager, you will be the core of our product development process. Your job is to create better products to sell by turning ideas into concrete results through supplier interactions, market analysis, product improvements, and marketing insights.

Requirements
✔️ Experience working with Amazon and a desire to develop as a Product manager (selecting a niche, searching and launching products)
✔️ Experience in searching factories and working with suppliers
✔️ Understanding marketing and how to promote products on Amazon
✔️ Experience in successful project management and working with physical products
✔️ Experience using ClickUp and Helium10 tools
✔️ Confident PC and Google spreadsheet skills
✔️ English language level is not lower than B2 (B1, with strong confidence in speaking)
✔️ Responsible, organized, attention to detail, multitasking and willing to develop new skills
✔️ Analytical and creative approach to problem-solving
✔️ Ability to learn independently and quickly find necessary information

Responsibilities
➡️ Creating and improving products based on analysis and audience feedback.
➡️ Analysis of competitors and understanding of what and how we can do better.
➡️ Development of a strategy for bringing a product to market.
➡️ Manage the product development and production process.
➡️ Interact with the researcher and suppliers to ensure the creation of a product that corresponds to the chosen strategy, meets market needs and ensures a high standard of quality.
➡️ Regular product improvement.
