We are looking for a highly motivated and skillful specialist able to understand business and develop it. Together with the Product Manager, this person should facilitate the development of new features and improvement of the existing product. The candidate should easily understand a value of software products and be able to employ common best practices of business analysis to deliver state of the art documentation.

Responsibilities
Monitoring competing products and provide competitive insights;
Interact with Product Management to develop and maintain the product roadmap;
Provide Product Manager with the rapid evaluation of implementation complexity, UI intuitivity, and feature consistency;
Collaborate proactively with customers’ teams, project managers, and teams to reach a common understanding of the solution;
Manage requirements communication considering the project’s specifics and stakeholders’ preferences;
Communicate on requirements and general solution questions with internal and external stakeholders;
Conduct requirements elicitation sessions with different types of stakeholders, including end-users;
Analyse business requirements and specify them to an appropriate level of details;
Develop and maintain requirements documentation;
Define quality attributes (non-functional requirements);
Extract requirements from existing documentation (high-level documentation, SRS, RFP etc.);
Create conceptual mock-ups and prototypes. Visualize requirements on different stages of the project;
Create detailed and understandable story requirements, tasks, support functionality till production.

Skills and Qualifications
3+ years of experience in business analysis;
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree;
Advanced English (both written and verbal).

Excellent knowledge of system analysis, business process analysis, and optimization;
Modeling skills including notations UML, BPMN;
Understanding and ability to identify the customer need;
Strong knowledge in practices and techniques of business analysis and requirements gathering;
Good understanding of UX and design;
Ability to produce visually attractive materials;
Good understanding of integration process with 3-d party service providers;
Ability to identify corner cases and provide the solution for them.

Will be a plus
Experience in Finance or Reinsurance domain;
Experience in software projects roles (QA, Requirement Manager, Data Analyst);
