Junior recruiter

We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior IT Recruiter with a keen interest in modern sourcing techniques and providing outstanding candidate experience. You'll work closely with Head of HR&R department to identify the best talent, put them through the recruitment process and make successful hires. You will be engaged in various highly roles, including Middle/Senior UX/UI designers, Brand/Graphic designers, Full stack developers, PMs, etc.

Requirements
- 6+ months of recruiting experience
- Intermediate or Upper Intermediate English level
- Proactivity, aim to explore, improve and learn new things constantly
- Great attention to details and orientation to quality
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Computer skills in Social Media, LinkedIn, Djinni, Dribbble, Behance etc
- Good knowledge of computer science/IT terms allows you to understand differences between various IT roles and communicate with candidates effectively
- Passion and empathy for others.

Main Responsibilities
- Preparing and posting job ads, reviewing applications, and sourcing candidates utilizing various channels
- Running end to end recruitment and delivering recruitment service to hiring managers
- Scheduling interviews, updating the ATS, keeping clear and detailed records
- Developing talent pools of qualified candidates
- Investigating the market to ensure the usage of all possible recruitment channels
- Providing a positive candidate experience
- Sharing your ideas and proposing recruitment improvements and employment branding activities
- Automation of recruitment process
