Support Manager
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Support Manager, you will be the face of our company, interacting with our customers and providing them with the best possible experience.
We offer flexible working hours in order to promote a healthy balance between work and personal life.
These hours include:
a morning shift from 06:00 to 14:00 (1−2 times per week),
a day shift from 14:00 to 22:00 (1−2 times per week),
a night shift from 22:00 to 06:00 (2+ times per week).
Lack of experience is not an issue as we will provide comprehensive training on all the intricacies of our work and share all the secrets with you.
Our ideal candidate:
*Loves communication and helping others;
*Attentive, stress-resistant, compassionate and caring;
*Has a high level of responsibility;
*Has excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (B2,C1);
*Is a logical & creative thinking person;
*Has basic computer skills.
Responsibilities:
*Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via email, phone, or chat in a timely and professional manner;
*Resolve customer issues and complaints;
*Provide product and service information to customers;
*Coordinate with other teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues;
*Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members.
