Head of Product Management (offline)

The Role:

 

As the Senior Product Manager, you will play a strategic role in shaping and optimizing our product portfolio, within the innovative solutions and offer development for sports betting. Your role will involve spearheading inventive decision-making to elevate successful product initiatives: such as new projects, directions, and sports disciplines.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

- Sports content product strategy:

- Creation and implementation of the sports division strategy.

- Collaborate with senior leadership to define your payments area's strategic goals and objectives.

- Develop and communicate a clear product vision that aligns with the company's overall strategy.

- Provide own expertise in the industry for convent creation within sports betting best practices.

- Analyze and improve the current system for scaling internal projects.

- Stay up to date with the latest trends in the sports betting industry and help conduct competitive analysis, identifying areas for improvement and potential growth.

 

 

 

Product Roadmap:

 

- Create and manage a product roadmap for the Sports business unit.

- Define prioritizing framework for product features and enhancements in line with product strategy.

- Collaborate with partner units for efficient product creation and go-to-market (accounts/sales, tech, marketing).

- Finalize and support the development of new product verticals together with constant support of existing product lines.

- Define budget, cash flow, and technical adjustments, as well as rectify the project for a roadmap realization.

- Regularly report on the key business metrics for sports betting development, and play an active role in the company's profitability enhancement.

 

 

 

 

Team Leadership:

 

- Manage the development of the team with cross-functional task interaction.

- Take full accountability for product decisions within your scope, act diligently in the best interest of the company, have an eye on long-term value, and be the main business contact for product line development.

- Effectively communicate product strategies and results to internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships.

- Take responsibility for the team's efficiency and product results in line with the overall brand strategic processes.

 

 

 

Requirements:

 

- 3+ years of product management experience;

- Experience with product leadership and teams;

- Experience in the creation and management of a product team;

- Ability to quickly absorb technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience;

- Deep understanding and knowledge of the sports betting industry, up to date with the latest trends;

- An experimentation mindset centered around forming clear hypotheses and creating ways to quickly validate or invalidate new ideas;

- Strategic thinking, experience in finance and budget analysis;

- Solid skills in product metrics analysis, product KPIs generation;

- Prioritization frameworks knowledge and usage;

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

- English level - at least Upper-Intermediate;

- Experienced user of Atlassian.

 

 

Will be an advantage:

 

- 4+ experience in the sports or betting industry;

- Experience in the development of strategic innovative projects and scaling of long-term projects.
