Business/ System Analyst $2500-4000

Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Business System Analyst with extensive experience working as an Analyst in the machine-building industry (in the context of collection, processing, and analysis of data on the use of natural resources). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the machine-building processes and terminology and excellent English communication skills. In addition to their expertise in the engineering field, the candidate should also be proficient in writing user stories and possess the ability to work independently and directly with the client.

Your qualification:
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the machine-building industry.
• Experience with tools Confluence, Azure Devops, and Figma.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in writing user stories and documenting business requirements.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage tasks and priorities.
• Experience working directly with clients and liaising between clients and development teams.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle.
• Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Collection, processing, and analysis of data on using natural resources.
• Evaluate current business processes within the machine-building industry and identify areas for improvement or optimization.
• Write clear, concise, and comprehensive user stories based on gathered requirements, ensuring they meet the needs of both the client and the development team.
• Serve as the client's primary point of contact, providing regular updates on project progress, gathering feedback, and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
• Work closely with the development team to translate business requirements into technical specifications and system designs.
