Required skills:
-Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Recruiter in the IT industry;
-Work experience with the most popular job platforms candidates search;
-Experience conducting screening calls;
-People-focused with an excellent ability to communicate with diverse employees and key stakeholders;
-Well-organized, a self-starter with enthusiasm and initiative;
-Strong written and verbal communication skills in Ukrainian;
Will be a plus:
-Written and verbal communication skills in English;
-Experience conducting technical interviews.

Key responsibilities:
-Lead the recruitment process (creating job descriptions, publishing vacancies, screening resumes, conducting screening calls);
-Conduct tech interviews as needed;
-Assist in HR processes;
-Collaborate with stakeholders;
-Coordinate with other company departments.

Terms of work:
-Working hours - 11:00 - 20:00;
-Working days - Monday - Friday;
-24 days of vacation a year;
-Trial period - 3 months;
-Salary - 600$ + bonus (trial period - 500$);
-Acceptance and following of the company goals and rules.
