VIP Account Manager Team Lead

As the Team Lead for Account Management, you'll oversee our VIP team's operations, develop strategies for team growth, and ensure KPI targets are consistently met. You'll enhance processes, build key relationships, and provide weekly performance reports. Your role also involves workforce planning, scheduling, and creating procedures for VIP player hosting.

Responsibilities
Manage the overall running of the VIP team
Develop & implement strategic plans to ensure VIP Managers grow within their roles
Manage and understand your team’s markets and KPIs
Lead and guide team to systematically hit KPI targets
Develop existing procedures and implement enhanced processes
Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts and memberships
Weekly reporting on team and market performance
Workforce-planning and management (scheduling shifts, managing absences etc)
Create and implement procedures and flows for hosting VIP players.

Requirements
Upper intermediate level of English or native speaker;
2+ years in VIP management in igaming
Previous Team Lead experience
Process-driven and strong analytical skills
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Highly computer and internet literate with good presentation & reporting skills

KPIs during the probationary period
Maintain and develop account management flows and procedures for hosting VIP players;
Create strategies to improve account management KPIs;
Create reports that reflect account managers performance;
