VIP CRM manager

We are seeking a passionate CRM manager professional who can seamlessly integrate into our team and bring their modern marketing skills to life. We stay at the forefront of the market, applying CRM framework standards. The CRM Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategy for covering our VIP players base with non-promotional content, plan and execute calendar customers activity.

Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and analyze calendar of promo campaigns for players
Define a CRM strategy for brands (Casino, Sport), create a CRM plan with activities for all the customer lifecycles;
Analyze and create segments for promo campaigns;
Specifying Technical requirements for marketing content (banners, emails, copywriting).
Review the events (tournaments, sports events) and cover all major dates with promotions and communications;
Exploring and define the best approaches for players’ activation;

Requirements
At least 2+ years of experience as CRM Manager/VIP CRM Manager or a similar role in the betting industry;
Understanding of marketing mechanics in betting and gambling.
Analytical skills. Experience with PowerBI or Tableau. Proficiency in working with data in Google spreadsheet and Slides.
Experience with running and optimizing communication campaigns;
Knowledge of product metrics.
Knowledge of standards and benchmarks for direct communication channels.
Understanding of technology in CRM and how user experience impacts conversion;
Upper Intermediate or higher English proficiency (ability to review texts, communicate with contractors, and provide product briefs).

Plus Points
Knowledge of the markets in India, Brazil, and Africa.
Experience with Agile philosophy.
Strong interpersonal skills and analytical mindset;
Basic understanding of statistics and probability theory.
Sense of style in design, the ability to distinguish poor content from good content and send it back for improvement.
Adaptability and flexibility;
Multitasking and problem-solving skills.

KPIs during the probationary period
Launch one non-promotional (content-based) marketing mechanic.
Implement a process to control the frequency of content communications.
Develop a metric for customer flow coverage through communications.
Track on a weekly and monthly basis retention-based metrics: retention rate, reactivation rate, churn rate, ATPU, ARPU, etc.;
Track campaigns’ performance metrics on a weekly and monthly basis: conv. to accepting campaign, conv. to use bonus, % wagered etc;
