DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our team at Calaton Systems.
Responsibilities:
Designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to facilitate efficient software delivery.
Supporting infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
Collaborating with development teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.
Monitoring system performance and reliability, and implementing optimization strategies.
Troubleshooting issues across the entire stack.
Implementing security best practices at every level of the infrastructure and application stack.
Staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in DevOps and cloud computing.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in a DevOps or related role.
Proficiency in scripting and automation using languages such as Python, Bash, Java, JavaScript, or similar.
Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef, including Linux administration, Nginx configuration.
Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, with additional experience in DigitalOcean (similar to AWS).
Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols, including experience with CDN configuration (e.g., Amazon CloudFront).
Experience with GitHub and GitLab, with a preference for GitLab CI/CD.
Familiarity with Cloudflare is a plus.
Experience in installation and configuration of OpenVPN.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
English proficiency at Intermediate level, with the ability to communicate effectively.
