Our team needs a Junior Customer Support for our Vendor department who has a startup personality and is flexible, proactive, and creative. We will grow fast together :) Are you our perfect match?


Required Skills:


● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Proactive, innovative, and highly organized to connect and work with various stakeholders
● Curiosity with a willingness to learn and grow with the company
● Experience with CRM, Task management software, and spreadsheets
● Experience in prioritizing, making decisions, and performing effectively in high-pressure situations
● Upper-intermediate English is a must, we are happy if you are Advanced or Fluent instead :)


It will be a plus:


● Understanding of high-level software-related concepts
● Knowledge of the latest software development processes
● Courses in B2B Sales, QA, PM, BA, or Software Engineering


Responsibilities:


● Understand and articulate key industry and product best practices
● Become an expert in Product and educate customers on the benefits of our products
● Work closely with tech products
● Monitor vendor performance and communicate with vendors to ensure they are meeting expectations
● Negotiate vendor contracts and ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
● Collect data and monitor metrics to improve current processes
● Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to produce effective strategies
● Break and improve the process when it is necessary, and simply be your best self! ;)
