Our team needs a Junior Customer Support for our Vendor department who has a startup personality and is flexible, proactive, and creative. We will grow fast together :) Are you our perfect match?
Required Skills:
β Excellent verbal and written communication skills
β Proactive, innovative, and highly organized to connect and work with various stakeholders
β Curiosity with a willingness to learn and grow with the company
β Experience with CRM, Task management software, and spreadsheets
β Experience in prioritizing, making decisions, and performing effectively in high-pressure situations
β Upper-intermediate English is a must, we are happy if you are Advanced or Fluent instead :)
It will be a plus:
β Understanding of high-level software-related concepts
β Knowledge of the latest software development processes
β Courses in B2B Sales, QA, PM, BA, or Software Engineering
Responsibilities:
β Understand and articulate key industry and product best practices
β Become an expert in Product and educate customers on the benefits of our products
β Work closely with tech products
β Monitor vendor performance and communicate with vendors to ensure they are meeting expectations
β Negotiate vendor contracts and ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
β Collect data and monitor metrics to improve current processes
β Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to produce effective strategies
β Break and improve the process when it is necessary, and simply be your best self! ;)
