Head of Development

What we expect from the candidate:

-Proven leadership experience as a Solution Architect or Lead Software Engineer, with a solid track record in software development.
-Strong expertise in SaaS platform development across various sectors such as iGaming, Banking, or Fintech.
-Demonstrated experience in managing outsourced projects for mobile and web application development.
-Deep knowledge of software architecture and infrastructure, including familiarity with front-end technologies Vue.js and back-end technologies PHP Laravel, Python, GO.
-Expertise in server infrastructure, database administration, and cloud services like AWS, with a strong focus on Kubernetes, high-volume systems, and multi-regional support.
-Excellent command of English, with a minimum proficiency of B2 level.

Your position will include:

-Develop and execute a strategic technology roadmap that aligns with the company’s growth objectives, emphasizing scalable solutions and robust system architecture.
-Oversee the maintenance and improvement of existing software architecture, ensuring systems are scalable and can support high-volume operations across multiple regions.
-Establish and enforce clear performance metrics (KPIs, OKRs) for technology teams and individual developers, integrating these metrics within the company’s performance management system .
-Collaborate effectively with the Finance Department to oversee development budgets, focusing on cost-efficiency and detailed financial reporting.
-Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and inter-departmental cooperation, ensuring alignment of technological development with overall business strategy.
-Lead recruitment efforts, training, and development programs for the technology department to ensure top-tier talent and cutting-edge skills in all areas of software development.
