Middle Backend Developer (Ruby / Ruby on Rails)

Requirements:
- The initiative. Be able to communicate with the team and to propose the best solution for the problem
- 3+ years of experience developing using Ruby and RubyOnRails
- 1+ years of experience in blockchain development
- Experience using Docker, Kafka, Apache, Nginx, Zookeeper, Redis, Elasticsearch, Puma, Rabbit
- Experience installing and setup blockchain nodes
- Solid understanding of relational databases and Postgresql in particular
- Be able to write SQL when ActiveRecord is not enough
- Ability to design and build REST API using Rails
- Ability to design a DB schema according to the project requirements

Will be a big plus:
- Experience in a programming language other than Ruby: Go, Python, NodeJs
- Experience integrating Stripe, Twilio, SendGrid, etc.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain reliable systems in Ruby and Ruby on Rails for crypto exchange.
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and find solutions to these problems.
- Develop new system features, optimize existing ones, and maintain our crypto exchange applications.
- Collaborate with product, design, and other developers on discussing and developing new features.
- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback
