Recruiter

As a part of the CEX.IO HR team, you’ll be involved in attracting the best talents and building great teams for the financial tech product company.
Collaborating with our hiring managers, you’ll lead a full-cycle recruitment for both tech and digital openings.

What you do:
- Source and deliver high-caliber talents within the European market;
- Develop and maintain a continually stocked pipeline of quality talent through various methods, including, but not limited to, networking within the community, contacting and/or visiting universities, attending local job fairs, and fostering continued contact with quality candidates who may qualify for future positions;
- Drive interviews, skills evaluation, coordinating offers negotiation, and being a true partner for hiring managers (not just execute, but advice and consult) to ensure an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from the application stage to offer;
- Manage recruiting database/BambooHR/ in a structured and timely manner;
- Provide weekly/monthly reports on recruitment metrics and statuses;
- Make target candidates market surveys, including salary benchmark analysis and tracking recruitment results to iterate best practices continually;
- Take part in other HR activities and projects (optionally).

Who you are:
- Track record of talent acquisition and full-cycle recruiting experience;
- Recruiting experience within the Crypto/FinTech market would be a plus;
- Effective stakeholder management, relationship building,
- Confident background in using innovative search and sourcing methods;
- Organizational and data-driven project management skills;
- A self-starter who can work well autonomously and possess a strong ‘get things done approach;
- Customer orientation is your strong side, the ability to anticipate and react to the needs of hiring managers and candidates;
- Excellent written and spoken English.
