Required skills:

• Fluent and literate English (MUST!);
• Jira (be able to set clear tasks with technical description);
• Contribute to Confluence Knowledge Base in simple and understandable wording;
• Good understanding of logging systems (GrayLog, etc.);
• SQL. (CRUD);
• Building monitoring dashboards in graylog/elastic;
• Understanding of Rest API (Postman, Swagger);
• Troubleshooting complex applications that include integrations with different 3rd parties (APIs, etc.);

Nice to have:
• Experience payments and payment processors;
• Previous experience in level 2 support;
• Building complex SQl/PowerBI reports based on DWH;
• UAT experience;

Responsibilities:
• Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions as a 2nd line support with a deep technical understanding of an issue
• Carrier’s Promotions management (prepare, test, communicate, validate);
• Services configuration for DB’s;
• Run UAT for new features in upcoming releases;
• Address procedural, configuration, and software related issues;
• Provide clear and complete documentation and notes on all service inquiries;
• Quick growth in technical knowledge.
