Middle+/Senior Lead Generation Specialist
We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation Specialist with advanced English who will develop and implement innovative lead generation strategies to identify and engage potential clients so that we can grow together and achieve our ambitious business goals
Requirements:
β 3+ years of proven experience in generating leads for outsource companies
β Advanced level of English language (written) as well as Ukrainian
β Experience with EU and US Markets
β Skilled in AI/automation tools
β Active LinkedIn user
Will be a plus:
β Experience in leading or mentoring others
Responsibilities:
β Strategy development depending on the ICP
β Experience in various LG techniques, including AI
β Search for potential clients through different sources
β Communication with inbound and outbound leads
β Working with objections and writing individual proposals
β Processing of leads and their transfer to the Sales Manager
Also preferable:
β Mentoring junior lead generation specialist
β Improving the processes in the sales department
Clients: EU and US
Team: you will work with CEO (transfer leads to him)
Employment type: full-time (40 hours a week)
Trial period: 3 months
Time zone: CEST, UTC +02:00
