# 💥We need you

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team to lead the development of the product. She/he will collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs, document requirements, and facilitate the development of the platform as well as driving the roadmap of platform development.

## 💪🏻 What you can do for us

- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements;
- Lead the development & design teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications;
- Recommend the possible integrations, approaches and options to accelerate product development;
- Ensure that the final product meets the business objectives and requirements;
- Driving the roadmap for platform development;
- Contribute to project planning and monitoring to ensure timely delivery of solutions;
- Manage change requests and assess their impact on project timelines;
- Develop, structure, and organize internal project documentation.

## 👀 We are looking for

- 3+ years of Product Management experience, preferably with a startup or SaaS;
- Experience in writing Epics, User Stories, Use Cases, specifications, and system diagrams;
- Experience in writing project documentation such as User Guide, Release Notes;
- Understanding of software development basics;
- Understanding of UX/UI basics;
- Experience with Angular, React, NodeJS is a plus
- Experience with BlockChain development is a plus

- High level of communication and openness
- Problem-solving, attention to detail, fast learning
- Upper-Intermediate level of English

## 🎓 Education also matters

Bachelor's or Master's in CS, or a related STEM field
