ITOps/DevOps Engineer

Job Description:
We are seeking an IT Ops Engineer to join our team and enhance our internal tools, services, and related infrastructure, ensuring a seamless work experience for our employees. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and provisioning Microsoft Exchange/Azure/Office365 accounts, managing various popular SaaS services, and ensuring these services remain secure and accessible. Additionally, you will engage in DevOps activities, including creating and managing CI/CD pipelines, configuring and optimizing environments, setting up and maintaining Kubernetes clusters, installing and configuring Helm charts, and managing database setups, maintenance, and tuning.

IT Ops Responsibilities:
- Management and Monitoring of Microsoft Exchange/Office365/Azure Infrastructure;
- SSO Management;
- Hardware deployment, accounting, upgrade, and support
- Software Licenses Management;
- User Accounts set-up, while supporting onboarding process;
- Employees technical support;
- Initial setup of laptops for users;
- Configuring security policies;
- Monitoring and resolving issues related to user laptops, accounts etc.

DevOps Responsibilities:
- Creating and managing CI/CD pipelines;
- Configuring and optimising environments;
- Setting up and maintaining Kubernetes clusters;
- Installing and configuring Helm charts;
- Database setup, maintenance, and tuning;
- Configuring monitoring and logging systems.

Requirements:
- Experience in similar position;
- Networking Skills (TCP/IP, IP routing, LAN switching, VPN tunnelling);
- Virtualisation Technologies Skills (KVM/HyperV/Xen);
- Advanced System Management Skills;
- Advanced Windows Management Skills;
- Upper-Intermediate English Level.

Nice-to-haves:
- GCP Management Experience;
- Atlassian, Teams, Slack, Figma, Miro User Management Experience.
