Business Analyst (igaming)

SapphireBet is an international brand of sports betting and online casino services operating in Brazil, India, Mexico, Chile, and planning for further expansion.

We are looking for a professional and independent Business Analyst with preferably experience in the gambling/betting vertical to join our team of professionals!

Responsibilities include:
- Building analytics systems to track performance across each vertical (primary already exists) and to test hypotheses.
- Conducting research and exploring solutions for discussed tasks with C-levels; writing internal documentation, formalizing system requirements.
- Creating CJMs and other artifacts to define user flow.
- Proposing and proving hypotheses for improving product conversion metrics, managing the implementation process, and tasking.
- Monitoring the market and analyzing product competitors, identifying competitive advantages and opportunities for enhancement.
- Conducting initial testing and verification of functionality, overseeing task implementation, and receiving tasks from the PM.
- Directly participating in site customization for specific geo-locations (providers, languages, etc.) as a customer.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in the gambling niche (online casino, betting) – an advantage.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Yandex Metrics, Amplitude.
- Experience with databases and APIs, ability to build Power BI dashboards, other tools are a plus.
- Understanding of business processes in gambling, ability to align goals and tasks with available resources and plan task priorities – an advantage.
- Understanding player behavior, segmentation; deep understanding of the casino ecosystem, target audience, and their needs – an advantage.
