Payments Manager

Main functional responsibilities:
β’ participating and assisting in planning budgets;
β’ calculating the salary & bonuses and preparing it for the final approval;
β’ executing salaries, bonuses and payments to third-party service providers;
β’ controlling of timely and quality month-end closing;
β’ keeping up-to-date payment methods of employees and third-party service providers;
β’ generating and requesting invoices;
β’ keeping up to date all the necessary documentation and files;
β’ coordinating the communication process with other departments to collect expenses/receipts or future payment requests on time;
β’ calculating and preparing final commission reports;
β’ reconciling numbers with other dashboards;
β’ updating internal records with payment status;
β’ managing the partners' details file;
β’ assisting with searching new payment systems, checking conditions and filling documents/application forms.
The requirements:
β’ basic higher education or undergraduate degree (bachelor, junior specialist degree) in accounting/auditing/economics;
β’ work experience in accounting/auditing/analysis 2-3+ years;
β’ excellent written and verbal communication skills to be able to liaise successfully with all levels of management and team members both internally and externally;
β’ Upper-Intermediate level of written and spoken English knowledge;
β’ strong skills in working with Excel/Google Sheets.
Will be a plus:
β’ experience working with Quickbooks or any other related software;
β’ experience working in the IT/marketing field.
