Full Stack Developer (Rust, React) (offline)

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both backend and frontend development, with a focus on Rust and React technologies. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and robust software solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain backend services using Rust programming language, ensuring high performance, security, and reliability.
- Design and implement responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces using React.js framework.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Optimize application performance and scalability through efficient code and architecture design.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in backend development using Rust, with knowledge of asynchronous programming, web frameworks (e.g., Actix, Rocket), and database integration.
- Proficiency in frontend development using React.js, including state management libraries (e.g., Redux), and responsive design principles.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and agile development methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Nice to Have:
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Heroku, DigitalOcean) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with database systems such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or others.
