Sales and BizDev Manager

Our product is an online hub that integrates food delivery aggregators with restaurant POS systems.

We're looking for a BizDev/Sales Manager with strong communication skills and proficient English. Your main role will involve expanding our customer base, forming partnerships with big restaurant chains, and collaborating with delivery platforms in the Baltic states and Cyprus.

Responsibilities:
-To act as an ambassador for the business.
-To be responsible for making daily communication using the data provided.
-To work closely with the CEO to ensure leads are generated within various business sectors  (LinkedIn/Email/Instagram).
-To convert communication to new business leads using manual and automated lead-generation methods
-Meet and exceed KPIs 
-To inform potential clients about our company, brand, and services.
-To use company databases to gain potential leads.
-To be proactive in identifying opportunities for new business.
-To input and maintain information onto the company database Hubspot
-To build relationships with colleagues and clients.
-To deal with clients professionally at all times aligned to our brand values.
-To ensure service is prompt, polite, and professional standards are kept.
-To assist with other departments as required

Requirements:
-Proficiency in Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English is required.
-Experience working on sales manager/lead generation manager/biz dev positions in startups.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively liaising with partners and stakeholders.
-Proven experience in sales or business development roles, preferably within the food service industry.
-Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable partnerships and agreements.
-Capable of working collaboratively within a team environment to achieve common goals.
-Desire to learn and self-develop, proactive and result-oriented
- Flexible and adaptable to changing market conditions and business needs.
