Financial manager (offline)
We are searching for a talented and experienced Financial Manager to play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health and stability of our organization. In this role, you will oversee and direct critical financial processes, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, risk assessment, and reporting activities.
What you’ll do:
Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to optimize financial performance.
Prepare and supervise consolidated financial reporting for the group of companies.
Ensure adherence to all relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Supervise the preparation and maintenance of financial statements in accordance with GAAP or relevant accounting standards.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, assess risks, and support informed decision-making.
Develop and implement tax strategies that optimize tax efficiency with local and international tax laws.
Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to meet operational needs and strategic goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Legal, HR, etc.) to achieve financial objectives.
Conduct regular reviews of internal controls and financial processes to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Similar experience in a senior financial management role within the international fintech or financial services industry
Strong understanding of international accounting standards, regulations and tax implications for global operations
Experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and analysis in a challenging, multi-entity environment
Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and cultures
Strategic thinker with a track record of driving financial performance and supporting business growth initiatives
