Engagement Product Manager

- Розширювати та оптимізувати бонусні/промо механізми, спрямовані на утримання користувачів та підвищення їх активності;
- Розробляти та вдосконалювати інструменти для покращення залучення користувачів, включаючи аналіз даних для виявлення можливостей для підвищення активності платформи;
- Готувати та реалізовувати стратегії для посилення залучення користувачів за допомогою гейміфікації та реферальних програм;
- Збирати вимоги від ключових стейкхолдерів, формувати та визначити пріоритетність обсягу розробки;
- Співпрацювати з командами розробників і аналітиків, щоб підтверджувати гіпотези та впроваджувати функції, які покращують взаємодію з користувачами та залученність;
- Координувати та наглядати за інтеграцією та запуском сторонніх рішень/сервісів (провайдери SMS/електронної пошти, платформи CRM/CDP).

Нам потрібен твій професійний досвід:
- Мінімум 2-3 роки досвіду управління продуктами в gambling/betting індустрії;
- Знання та розуміння як внутрішніх, так і зовнішніх каналів зв’язку, досвід роботи з системами CDP/CRM та знайомство з механікою бонусних кампаній в азартних іграх;
- Розуміння ключових методологій розробки (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) і вміння розставляти пріоритети завдань на основі їх фінансового впливу на проект;
- Здатність аналізувати поведінку користувачів і дані, щоб виявляти ідеї, спрямовані на посилення взаємодії та оптимізацію взаємодії з користувачем;
- Практичний досвід перевірки гіпотез продукту в усіх воронках (Reg2FD, FTD, STD, тригери для збільшення ігрової активності);
Глибоке розуміння аналітики даних (GA, Hotjar, Tableau або подібні) зі здатністю робити незалежні висновки з даних.

- Make market analysis, competitors, and user engagement tools, including communication channels, promotional mechanisms, and a variety of bonus programs;
- Expand and optimize bonus/promo mechanisms aimed at retaining users and increasing their activity;
- Develop and enhance tools to improve user engagement, including data analysis to identify opportunities for increasing platform activity;
- Prepare and implement strategies to enhance user engagement through gamification and referral programs;
- Gather requirements from key stakeholders, form and prioritize the development scope;

- Coordinate and oversee the integration and launch of third-party solutions/services (SMS/email providers, CRM/CDP platforms).

We need your professional experience:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in product management within the gambling/betting industry;
- Knowledge and understanding of both internal and external communication channels, experience with CDP/CRM systems, and familiarity with bonus campaign mechanics in gambling;
- Understanding of key development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and the ability to prioritize tasks based on their financial impact on the project;
- The ability to analyze user behavior and data to uncover insights aimed at enhancing engagement and optimizing the user experience;
- Hands-on experience with validating product hypotheses across all funnels (Reg2FD, FTD, STD, triggers to increase gaming activity);
- Strong understanding of data analytics (GA, Hotjar, Tableau, or equivalent) with the ability to draw independent conclusions from data.
