Senior Data Engineer (offline)

Project Description:

WinGD Integrated Digital Expert (WiDE) system is the WinGD monitoring and diagnostics system. It fulfils both local and remote data access and analytics requirement, as well as local and remote troubleshooting purpose.

Responsibilities:

Manage the time series database

Ensure each API interface providing the right input and output pair as expected

Build up KPI matrix to monitor the data quality for the imcoming data from the field acqusition

Test out data access load and providing performance improvement solutions

Provide monthly status report of KPI matrix

Troubleshoot data access and quality issues

Mandatory Skills Description:

Experienced with time series data handling

Knows InfluxDB and flux query language

Experienced with MySQL and sql query language

Experienced in python

Experienced in data ETL

Experienced deploy python services into AWS lambda

Knows API and data interface

Know general data acquisition, pipelines, storage

Able to work into a team

Commit to delivery

Commit to provide result with quality

Clear communication in English both oral and writing

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Knows AWS services - nice to have

Languages:
