Technical Recruiter / Stock options at the startup (offline)

Hi! I would like to offer you the opportunity to join our startup, Custom Item, at the pre-seed stage. Today, there are 20 specialists in our team.

For the past six months, me and Misha β€” the CTO, have been handling the hiring process.
However, we now need assistance because on May 30th, we have a scheduled soft launch, and we are fully occupied with other processes. Additionally, we need new employees πŸ‘€

Industry: SaaS, logistic & supply chain, industry 6.0
Product: Real-time 3D editor of items


Requirements:
β€” Experience in hiring technical candidates
β€” Experience in basic onboarding
β€” Attention to detail


Responsibilities:
β€” Searching and hiring candidates through platforms such as Djinni and LinkedIn, DOU, utilizing various search techniques
β€” Reviewing resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess candidates
β€” Coordinating and scheduling interviews with CTO or CEO for final stages of selection
β€” Providing timely updates and feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process
β€” Organizing the onboarding process, including creating accounts in Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Confluence and Figma
