VIP Support Manager (offline)

We are continuously growing and expanding, and currently, we're in search of a talented VIP Support Manager to help us achieve new goals and implement our plans!

Requirements:
• Advanced level of English proficiency;
• Upper-Intermediate level of French (desired);
• Experience in the iGaming niche;
• Experience working with VIP clients (chats/calls);
• Experience in the Canadian market or Tier 1 (desired);
• Willingness to communicate by phone with VIP clients.

Responsibilities:
• Communication with VIP players (chats/calls);
• Creating a profile of key VIP players, identifying their needs;
• Building strong relationships with VIP players;
• Informing VIP users about current product promotions and offers;
• Providing useful feedback and ideas to team members and management;
• EDT timezone. Working shift between 09:00 AM - 09:00 PM EDT, on a 2 days on, 2 days off basis.
