HR Performance Manager

An international commercial organisation in search of HR Performance Manager

📍Tasks and Responsibilities:
▪️Implementation of Performance Management Systems:
▪️Designing and implementing performance appraisal systems, including goal setting, performance measurement, and feedback mechanisms.
▪️Designing and implementing a mechanism of remuneration based on the results of performance assessment.
▪️Performance Evaluation: Conducting regular performance evaluations and reviews to assess individual and team performance against set objectives.
▪️Performance Improvement Plans: Collaborating with line managers to identify underperforming employees and develop performance improvement plans to address skill gaps and enhance performance.
▪️Working with employees to develop their skills and capabilities by identifying training needs and facilitating relevant learning opportunities.
▪️Data Analysis: Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting performance-related data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for recognition and reward.
▪️Communication and Feedback: Facilitating open and constructive communication between employees and their supervisors, providing feedback on performance, and guiding managers on effective performance conversations.
▪️Ensuring that performance management practices align with legal requirements and organizational policies.
▪️Performance Culture Enhancement: Promoting a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and accountability throughout the organization.
▪️Reporting: Generating regular reports to Head of HR on key performance metrics and outcomes, and making recommendations for improvement.

📍Knowledge and Personal Characteristics:
▪️3+ years of relevant professional experience (required), ideally within a humanitarian context;
▪️Proficient with Internet and Microsoft Office;
▪️Previous experience working within a non-governmental organisation;
▪️Previous experience with 1C accounting software an advantage;
▪️Fluent in Ukrainian; B2+ English level, working knowledge of Russian an asset;
▪️Attention to details, ability to organise and prioritise workload, strong leadership and communication skills, good analytical and problem-solving skills, ;
▪️Solid work ethic with the ability to work productively under pressure;
▪️Autonomous self-starter capable of working independently or as part of a team;
▪️Adaptable and flexible with the ability to prioritise competing tasks;

📍Terms and Conditions:
▪️Official employment.
▪️Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00
▪️24 days of annual leave.
